songwriter | producer

A classically trained multi-instrumentalist, I studied Popular Music and Recording at Salford University before starting as a Tape Op at The Windings Studios in North Wales.

There I learnt my trade as an engineer, got my first publishing deal and worked with many artists such as :

James, The Charlatans, Oceanic, K-Klass, Napalm Death, Scat Opera, Dr Phibes & The House of Wax Equations, Terrovision, whilst learning from Producers and Engineers such as Colin Richardson ( Fear Factory, Machine Head, Funeral For A Friend ) Pete Coleman ( AC/DC, OMD, Pat Benatar, Echo & The Bunnymen ) and Steve Harris ( U2, Natalie Imbruglia, The Wombats ).

Moving to London I recorded albums with Kid Apocalypse whilst gigging / recording as a session musician with various bands from the UK and Canada in venues from the old Kings Head, Brixton Academy to Ronnie Scotts.

Working from there, and my own studio, I have engineered, written and produced uk and european artists including :

Jyrojets, Xanda Howe, Cassandra Somai, Poppy Tierney, Sertab Erener, Bora Uzer, Shereen Shabana, Nicole Fuentes, Andrew Muir.

Recorded and performed in London, USA, throughout Europe and Turkey.

Currently writing and developing new artists and the debut albums by
ADMIT and Racheal Skelding.
